Server Felicia welcomes you like you’re a guest in her home. Her recommendations definitely did not disappoint. XXHot Wings with Lemon Pepper were on a whole different level, winner winner hot wing dinner! When you are craving honest wings and pizza washed down with a cold Busch Latte, stop into this joint!

I don’t even like leaving reviews like this, but this experience was just bad all around. Service was the first issue. My server forgot to ring up my slice of pizza, so after my wings came out, I had to wait another 30 minutes for it. And when it finally came, it wasn’t even plated just tossed in a to-go box. Then it somehow got worse. I found a hair in my drink… completely threw me off. The bartender working that night had shoulder-length hair and a full beard that wasn’t tied back or covered. When I told the manager, he didn’t apologize or seem concerned at all. He snatched the drink out of my hand and just took it off the bill like that fixed anything. It didn’t. Between the long wait, the hygiene issue, and the lack of basic customer service, it was a really disappointing experience. Definitely not somewhere I’d rush back to.

I had a good time at Amici's. I was greeted by a lady named Miss Tiffany. Very charismatic and sweet. Miss Tiffany was nothing short of amazing. She was kind to me the whole time. She always checked on other customers and me, making sure we're ok. The food was delicious too! Hats off to the chef! I wish I could say the same about the other staff members. I sat near some employees, and they acted catty and entitled. I said hey to them, but they acted nonchalant, thinking they're above everyone else. Not to mention the group was sitting down in the booth doing nothing while Miss Tiffany and another lovely waitress did their job. The vibe from that staff was a little off, but despite everything, it's a lovely establishment.

First time eating here. It was an awesome experience. The atmosphere was opened and refreshing and the service was out of this world!!! Fast service and the food was freshly cooked to order and full of favor!! Our waitress was awesome. She was very friendly and attentive!!! I can't wait to visit again!!

We went about 4 PM on a Thursday. Ordered the Buffalo Rollups, double cheeseburger, and pasta salad. The Buffalo roll ups were pretty good. The hamburger was mediocre and the pasta salad was OK. Service was good. Food came out quickly.
